What you'll do

• Advise life sciences companies on general corporate matters
• represent venture-backed companies and venture capital investors in financings and strategic investment transactions
• counsel on governance and business operations
• assist with mergers, acquisitions, and other exit transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate financing, governance, and transaction documents
• build client relationships
• collaborate across practice areas
• participate in business development and industry presentations.
