What you'll do

• Assist the parts and service director with department operations
• diagnose problems and describe them on repair orders
• estimate repair costs and completion times and communicate them to customers
• assign jobs to technicians based on skill and resources
• review work in progress
• identify parts and assist the parts department
• support customer parts and accessories purchases
• perform cashier functions as needed
• prepare estimates
• open and close repair orders
• handle warranty items and phone calls
• maintain department cleanliness and stock
• assist with inventory
• and complete Harley-Davidson training.

Why this role
