Direct Outside Sales Leader

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with business owners and clients
• prospect through cold calls, referrals, and existing accounts
• present tailored insurance solutions
• build and manage a client portfolio
• respond to client communications and schedule follow-ups
• support clients through claims
• track sales activity and report metrics
• collaborate with the sales manager on targets. The role transitions into leadership within the first 90 days, including training and mentoring new team members.
