What you'll do

• Manage the operating budget and monthly financial reporting
• oversee payer and patient collections, accounts receivable, claims, denials, and appeals
• coordinate accounting close, tax, and reporting
• manage payer contracting, fee schedules, credentialing, prior authorizations, and licensure tracking
• maintain HIPAA compliance and related procedures, audits, and records requests
• direct clinic intake, waitlists, scheduling, and no-show reduction
• oversee EHR, practice management systems, telehealth workflows, and vendor contracts
• recruit, onboard, supervise, and develop non-clinical staff
• manage payroll, benefits, PTO, and HR records
• support growth planning, clinician recruitment, new service lines, payer mix, referrals, and marketing.
