What you'll do

• Deliver tailored coaching on behalf of coaches
• apply coach templates and protocols
• manage client inboxes and respond within service levels
• adapt to coach workflows and schedules
• support multiple coaches while maintaining distinct coaching approaches
• handle client renewals and cancellations
• identify and manage upsell opportunities
• and provide first-line app support, escalating issues when needed.
