What you'll do

• Manage and support personal lines accounts
• respond to client requests about coverage, policy changes, and billing
• identify bundling and upsell opportunities
• process renewals, endorsements, certificates, binders, and new claims
• market and quote new business and renewals using carrier rating tools
• liaise among clients, producers, and carriers.
