Quality Supervisor — Roofing Manufacturing

The Quality Supervisor — Roofing Manufacturing role is onsite in Sealy, TX; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Supervise and develop Quality Technicians across multiple shifts
• coordinate laboratory and inspection resources
• monitor production processes
• partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to investigate quality concerns
• lead root-cause investigations using 8D, A3, and CAPA methods
• manage customer complaint investigations and corrective actions
• maintain ISO 9001 and company quality procedure compliance.

Why this role

Five or more years of manufacturing quality experience required; two or more years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. A relevant technical bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent education and manufacturing quality experience.
