What you'll do

• Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and curing
• support block laying, brick work, and mortar mixing
• set up and break down forms, frames, rebar, and wire mesh
• operate and maintain hand and power tools
• load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• follow safety protocols and maintain an organized work area
• assist crew leads and skilled tradespeople with layout and site preparation.
