This role supports Pair ABA in providing high-quality, interdisciplinary clinical care to children ages 2–6 in a center-based setting. The role exists to coach and mentor Case Supervisors while maintaining a small clinical caseload. By designing and implementing naturalistic ABA strategies and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of SLPs and OTs, the supervisor ensures the delivery of ethical, high-quality care and the development of the next generation of BCBAs.
