What you'll do

• Learn menu items and prepare consistent dishes at assigned stations
• support prep, kitchen maintenance, equipment, and inventory
• accommodate allergy requests and dish alterations
• follow recipes, portion controls, presentation specifications, and food-handling procedures
• set up and restock stations
• maintain clean and organized kitchen and storage areas
• support service meetings and team training as requested.
