What you'll do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to brand specifications and menu descriptions
• greet guests, take orders, and enter them into the POS system
• answer menu questions and offer suggestions
• follow food safety and alcohol service standards and verify identification
• process payments and balance the register
• monitor guest satisfaction and maintain a safe environment
• take inventory and order supplies
• complete opening and closing procedures
• clean work and dining areas.
