What you'll do

• Own data collection, cleaning, and database-lock strategies for assigned studies
• lead risk-based data review from study start-up through database lock
• identify data-quality trends and coordinate site-level actions
• interpret clinical and operational data, metrics, and dashboards to recommend improvements
• manage study data flows and issues from raw EDC through mapped SDTM data
• perform data mining and custom analytics
• support regulatory, GCP, ICH, SOP, and quality-standard adherence
• align cross-functional stakeholders
• lead process improvements
• coach and mentor team members.
