IT Help Desk Technician – Tier 2 is an onsite role in Montgomery Village, MD. Compensation is $40,000–$45,000 per year. The position supports technology operations at Community Services for Autistic Adults & Children (CSAAC). The technician provides user support across CSAAC facilities and residential homes, maintaining computers, networks, phones, and related systems. The role helps keep agency technology available through troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, inventory tracking, and follow-up with users.

What you'll do

• Provide help desk support for computers and laptops
• assist with residential network, computer, telephone, and TV systems
• visit campuses and homes for technical assistance and preventive maintenance
• support the time clock system
• manage IT inventory
• remotely check residential computers
• troubleshoot and repair hardware and software
• assist users with phones, AV equipment, and smart thermostats.
