What you'll do

  • Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents
  • develop and implement treatment plans
  • complete timely clinical documentation
  • collaborate with care coordination and clinical teams
  • participate in case consultation and team communication
  • support continuity of care
  • conduct biopsychosocial and DSM-5-TR diagnostic assessments, including differential diagnosis
  • develop strengths-based plans with measurable goals
  • document progress, case management, and interdisciplinary coordination
  • complete discharge or termination summaries.
