What you'll do

• Travel to customer locations for installation, service, and upgrades
• respond to emergency situations during and after business hours
• perform annual, semiannual, and quarterly inspections
• write inspection and service reports
• troubleshoot faults and malfunctions
• perform system modifications and expansions
• coordinate with customers, contractors, and team members
• maintain work and inventory records
• provide customer technical guidance
• follow safety practices and applicable codes.
