What you'll do

• Manage software configuration, permissions, security, integrations, and data integrity
• clean and verify asset data
• generate reports
• support work-order workflows
• troubleshoot application errors and vendor tickets
• test enhancements
• train users and develop guides
• coordinate updates with IT, departments, and vendors
• maintain data connections and synchronized floorplans.
