What you'll do

• Provide direct client care and assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility
• perform laundry, light cleaning, and cooking
• maintain a safe and clean client environment
• keep accurate care and progress records
• communicate with clients, healthcare team members, and management
• respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
• follow company policies and procedures.
