The role develops and grows key customer accounts, from targeted prospect outreach and onboarding through ongoing service and cross-selling. It connects customer needs with the company’s offerings and coordinates with Business Development Representatives and project managers to advance opportunities and estimates.

What you'll do

• Generate leads among targeted key and large accounts
• identify prospects and decision makers and assess needs
• participate in prospect presentations and tours
• coordinate lead handoffs and opportunity-to-quote meetings with Business Development Representatives
• grow and advise a portfolio of accounts
• educate customers on offerings and cross-sell across company verticals
• enter accurate requests for quotes
• follow up on estimates
• manage activities and customer information in the CRM.
