Sales Appointment Coordinator – Fitness

The Sales Appointment Coordinator – Fitness role is onsite in Spring, TX. Compensation is $15 per hour, with additional sales incentives described in the posting. D1 Training is an athletic-based fitness franchise focused on helping athletes of all ages reach their goals on and off the field. The coordinator creates opportunities for in-person consultations by contacting leads, responding to inquiries, following up with prospects, and scheduling appointments with the coaching team. Accurate CRM tracking and community outreach support the organization’s membership growth and client relationships.

What you'll do

• Contact 50 leads daily by phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments
• conduct outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations
• respond to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns
• follow up with prospects
• build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients
• schedule in-person consultations with the coaching team
• track activity and follow-ups in the CRM
• represent D1 Training in the local community.
