- collaborate with primary care providers, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators
- use EPIC EHR and its AI-driven documentation tools
- participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and quality improvement initiatives
- develop individualized care plans and long-term provider-patient relationships.
