The supervisor leads warehouse teams and oversees receiving, storage, picking, packing, returns, and shipping operations. The role helps the fulfillment center scale while meeting productivity, quality, and customer-service goals.

What you'll do

• Supervise, organize, direct, and train warehouse employees
• manage operational goals and warehouse systems
• oversee product handling, storage, equipment use, inventory, gate processes, and shipping
• plan workflow, staffing, space, and equipment layout
• develop direct reports and associates
• plan labor and hiring needs
• review daily performance data and adjust staffing or processes
• support outbound, returns, new merchandise, and fulfillment operations.
