Certified Peer Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide case consultation, crisis intervention, discharge placement, individual and group work, rehabilitation intervention, screening, and targeted case management
• document services accurately and on time
• provide peer counseling and support using personal consumer experience
• mentor clients and families while maintaining professional boundaries
• facilitate placement and transportation as needed
• participate in shift coverage as part of the on-call team
• provide field-based services as required by program and client needs
• maintain confidentiality
• participate in scheduled program meetings.
