The Loan Processor role is hybrid in Phoenix, AZ, with at least two days in the office each week. Annual pay is $80,000–$90,000, plus discretionary bonus potential. The processor manages bridge and construction loans from application through closing, coordinating documentation and conditions with client relations and underwriting teams. Accurate pipeline tracking and closing preparation help deliver an efficient loan process for clients.

What you'll do

• Process new loans and modifications from setup through closing
• track letters of intent, documentation, key dates, and pipeline timelines
• review and reconcile loan data in Salesforce
• order and track third-party reports
• coordinate escrow, title, and funding
• follow up on underwriting conditions
• support loan originators, client relations managers, underwriters, and closers
• manage deadlines and assigned projects.
