What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• conduct regular and random unarmed foot or vehicle patrols of interiors, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeter areas
• monitor property access and report suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to site procedures
• prepare activity reports, incident documentation, and shift pass-down communications.
