Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA)

The Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) role is onsite in Fort Meade, MD. Compensation is not specified. CTC Group provides engineering, technical, operational support, and training services to federal government and mission operations customers, including the Intelligence and Defense communities. The analyst examines collection and open-source data to develop target insights and leads, maintain target continuity, and identify opportunities for additional collection. The work supports intelligence missions by turning data into documented, contextualized findings for teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.

What you'll do

• Maintain targeting, tasking, and analysis databases
• identify intelligence gaps and tailor or enable collection to address them
• analyze communications patterns, network usage, and digital footprints
• collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel
• query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot through data to develop insights
• and document and share findings and any developed tradecraft. Requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, experience with network-analysis and target-development applications and databases, and basic understanding of internet protocols, digital telecommunications, routing, and SIGINT collection.
