What you'll do

• Prepare detailed estimates for semiconductor process piping, plumbing, and process utility projects
• analyze drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and contract documents
• perform quantity takeoffs
• develop labor, equipment, subcontractor, and material costs
• assess risks and contingencies
• support bid packages and proposals
• participate in estimate reviews and customer discussions
• conduct site walks
• coordinate with project management, field operations, and technical teams
• improve estimating procedures, databases, and tools.
