What you'll do
- Provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
- Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles.
- Administers medications or treatments as ordered.
- Documents resident interactions and outcomes.
- Counsels residents, family members and/or resident advocate on prevention and treatment plans.
What we're looking for
- Education
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Experience
- Minimum 400 hours of experience as LPN or completion of pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience.
