What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out access-control procedures and site policies
• monitor entry and exit points
• verify authorized access and maintain visitor and vendor logs
• communicate access concerns
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations
• conduct regular and random patrols of grounds, common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas
• document activities and incidents and communicate during shift transitions.
