Job overview

The Usher role is fully onsite in Las Vegas, NV, at The Smith Center. The hourly rate is $16.50–$17.00. The position supports the Guest Experience department at performances and special events. What you'll do

• Deliver the Service with Heart guest service standard
• assist patrons with seating, directions, and accessibility needs
• validate tickets
• distribute programs and materials
• keep aisles clear and report safety or service incidents
• enforce event rules and safety regulations
• implement emergency and evacuation procedures
• report lost and found
• participate in required training.
