What you'll do

• Lead and oversee the SEOC watch team and continuous operations
• manage staffing plans, schedules, and backup personnel
• quality-check trend analysis, reports, and operational message handling
• coordinate with government representatives and mission partners
• support continuity plans and team deployment during emergencies
• brief senior executives and Flag Officers
• maintain real-time situational awareness
• lead analysis of SITREPs, spot reports, and other operational messages
• oversee root-cause, vulnerability, and gap analyses and courses of action
• ensure timely alerts and assessments
• monitor classified and unclassified systems
• oversee SOP, information assurance, COMSEC, and classified-material compliance
• coordinate deliverables, audits, incident logs, and performance metrics.
