The associate handles shipping and fulfillment transactions, supports accurate and timely order dispatch, and works with customer service and other departments to resolve order and return issues. The position also contributes to safety and quality in its work area.

What you'll do

• Take responsibility for safety and quality incidents in the assigned area
• handle batch, domestic, and international customer-order shipping
• communicate by email and HubSpot with customer service and other departments to troubleshoot order issues
• create shipping and fulfillment transactions for supplier and vendor returns
• troubleshoot customer returns involving wrong addresses, missed decoration, or cancellations
• assist with post-production and shipping functions as needed.
