The role supports Entrust's digital security business in the Americas and strategic commercial accounts. The attorney leads commercial legal support and a small team while helping the business negotiate complex transactions and partnerships. By advising sales and cross-functional stakeholders, managing legal risks, and improving contracting processes, the role supports Entrust's growth and delivery of identity-centric security solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead commercial legal support for the digital security segment in North America
• draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• manage a team of 1–3 commercial lawyers and legal professionals
• support strategic partnerships and go-to-market models
• advise sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• coordinate complex negotiations across legal, sales, product, finance, procurement, compliance, and information security
• improve contracting processes, playbooks, templates, and negotiation guidance
• manage transactions and projects
• work with a global, multi-jurisdictional team.
