What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security services at an assigned customer site
• act as liaison between customers, operations managers, and security officers
• coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved authority
• support staffing and candidate identification
• ensure officers receive appropriate training
• handle employee grievances with HR support
• use scheduling, billing, and access-control systems
• respond to crisis situations.
