What you'll do

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance
• inspect facility systems and equipment
• troubleshoot general plumbing, lighting, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and seating repairs
• complete work orders and document work. Provide maintenance coverage before, during, and after events, assist with renovations and event conversions, and follow safety procedures. Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours is required based on facility and event needs.
