What you'll do

• Accept cases according to individual availability
• review medical records
• conduct in-person examinations
• complete reports addressing clinical questions using the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Sixth Edition
• return cases by deadlines
• complete peer-to-peer calls or attempts when required
• provide clarifications or addenda as needed
• respond to quality assurance, complaint, and regulatory issues.
