What you'll do

• Oversee and manage clinical technician staff
• supervise patient-care processes and testing schedules
• scribe provider dictation into the health record
• review preliminary workups
• perform pretests including tonometry, extraocular muscle evaluation, visual fields, refractions, and lensometry
• support patient flow
• ensure EHR coding and documentation are complete
• educate patients and obtain procedure and surgery consent.
