Customer Order Specialist

What you'll do

• Handle customer calls, order processing and entry, delivery status inquiries, customer claims, purchase orders, and other department tasks
• respond to inquiries by phone, email, and chat
• resolve customer issues
• coordinate communication with customers and associates
• serve as a customer-experience resource for associates
• maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
• perform basic analysis and apply standard procedures to solve problems
• may perform warehouse and inventory tasks.
