Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Manhattan, KS. Pay is $9–$13 per hour, plus commission and/or bonuses. The role supports Kramer Agency & Associates' American Family Insurance customers and helps the agency meet its service goals. The representative responds to customer questions, processes policy changes, and coordinates with agency and claims contacts. What you'll do

• Provide personalized customer service and build customer relationships

• process changes to accounts and policies
• act as a customer liaison with business partners

• schedule appointments for agency employees.
