What you'll do
- Greet and inform customers in person and by phone
- conduct interviews to identify needs

- communicate with utility companies and human services agencies
- prepare and submit complete application files
- make referrals to internal, external, and community programs
- assist with outreach and roving sites when needed
- advocate with utility vendors and community agencies.
