• Supervise food-service associates
• train employees, assign and direct work, appraise performance, and address complaints. Advise management on purchasing to limit waste and shortages
• follow recipes and production standards
• maintain equipment and food storage practices
• follow HACCP guidelines
• operate equipment safely
• and help serve meals and receive customer feedback.
