The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) – On-Call role is onsite in Medford, OR. What you'll do

• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients
• provide a welcoming environment and customer service
• verify and enter demographic and insurance information
• perform clerical functions supporting the Imaging Center
• collect co-pays or patient payments
• collect and scan required documents
• process patient communications, orders, and related documents accurately and promptly
• manage patient information discreetly and in compliance with HIPAA
• handle busy periods efficiently.
