What you'll do

• Provide weekly clinical and administrative supervision to therapists
• guide case management, ethics, and professional development
• serve as clinical contact for complex cases
• assist with onboarding and training
• maintain a reduced adolescent caseload
• conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and family therapy
• offer crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed
• ensure documentation meets ethical, quality, and regulatory standards
• review outcomes and recommend program improvements
• lead team meetings and case conferences
• coordinate discharge planning and follow-up.
