What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide attentive table service
• explain menus and make food and beverage recommendations
• accurately take and enter orders
• communicate allergy and dietary needs to the culinary team
• deliver food and beverages
• respond to guest requests and concerns
• process checks and payments
• complete opening, closing, and ongoing side work
• maintain clean, organized service areas
• follow food safety and responsible alcohol service procedures.
