- Manage program and course configuration in Banner
- update and correct student degree audits
- perform production maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- maintain DegreeWorks Scribe program guides
- coordinate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical deliverables
- perform system testing and validation
- develop documentation for business requirements and processes.
