What you'll do

• Oversee routing, dispatch, and service delivery
• manage CDL drivers and equipment under DOT requirements
• maintain vehicle inspections and compliance
• monitor performance, hours of service, and safety
• coordinate maintenance
• own site P&L, budgets, and reports
• pursue cost savings
• maintain customer relationships and seek new business
• resolve escalated issues
• recruit, onboard, coach, and develop staff
• conduct safety meetings and ensure training.
