What you'll do

• Assist clients and employees during in-person and/or virtual enrollment meetings
• explain health and life insurance options clearly and compliantly
• create and distribute personalized enrollment materials
• maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance
• enroll participants in agency systems and track forms
• follow up on incomplete enrollments or documentation
• stay current on policy updates, state regulations, and enrollment timelines
• maintain records and report enrollment metrics as needed.
