What you'll do

• Ensure technician time and write-ups are submitted daily
• open work orders and update job segments when scope changes
• communicate revised estimates and scope changes to customers
• maintain communication records, work orders, time entries, and job photos
• follow up with technicians on work-order status
• maintain warranty repair documentation
• provide input on performance reviews and training needs
• report rework and problem jobs to supervisors.

Why this role
