The associate supports sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and strategic investments for companies, sponsors, and investors. The work includes drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence, and coordinating closings while serving clients across complex deals.

What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, strategic buyers, sellers, and corporate clients
• work on leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, dispositions, investments, and joint ventures
• draft and negotiate purchase, merger, operating, and shareholder agreements
• conduct and manage due diligence
• coordinate transaction closings
• manage multiple transactions and provide client service.
