What you'll do

• Welcome arriving guests and bid farewell to departing guests
• open and close vehicle and hotel lobby doors
• keep the door area and lobby impeccable
• assist with luggage and secure luggage storage
• provide information about Pittsburgh attractions and directions
• maintain relationships with limousine and cab services
• escort guests within the hotel
• assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed
• review daily reports and group resumes
• attend colleague briefings and follow hotel procedures.
