What you'll do

• Greet patients, offer refreshments, answer questions, manage intake paperwork, and update records
• schedule and confirm appointments
• handle patient calls
• support patient flow and provider schedules
• maintain the EMR system, including check-ins, scanning, payments, and chart preparation
• keep the reception area organized and stocked
• assist with lead management and appointment generation
• participate in morning huddles
• and complete opening and closing tasks.
